The Job

As a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on ensuring user behavior data is generated by client and services, for feature measurement, experimentation, marketing integration, machine learning, analytics, reporting, and financial tracking. You will work with feature development teams, data scientists, data analysts, marketing teams, and business users. You’ll drive key program deliverables, communicate regularly with stakeholders, and manage dependencies, risks, and escalations.

The Daily

  • Drive data driven decision making around product feature usage, optimization, and prioritization
  • Develop and evolve an experimentation platform around user experiences, feature flighting, and marketing campaign efficiency
  • Collaborate and coordinate workstreams across multiple internal organizations ensuring alignment, and effective communications
  • Work with cross-functional teams to intake, define, identify risks, and schedule work to develop key features in the data platform
  • Formulate a point of view on how proposed features align with business goals and our tech strategy
  • Understand how partner features are delivering value to our customers and business using service metrics and KPIs
  • Meet Marketing needs to integrate with third party solutions for campaign and attribution

The Essentials
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role (e.g., product management, project management)
  • Analytical skills to dive into usage data and performance metrics to make both technical and business decisions
  • Familiarity working with experimentation, feature flighting, or A/B testing from an engineering team, or business perspective
  • Experience working with large scale data collection, processing, analysis systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to target communications up, down, and across the organization and to external partners
  • Systems thinking and a strong sense of ownership to drive complex programs with interdependencies that require definition from the ground up
  • First-rate project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple, sometimes competing, priorities with date-driven timelines and a solid understanding of risk management
  • Emotional intelligence to lead through influence, while building a culture of teamwork and inclusiveness
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Ability to travel up to once a quarter, largely to our New York City and LA offices
