The Junior Product & Strategy Manager – TV Series & Catalog France Benelux has 3 main missions: Participate in the Planning & Strategy Definition, Execute the marketing plan for TV Series New release and Theatrical and non-Theatrical Catalog & Grow WB Home Entertainment business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
  1. On their dedicated releases, Strategy Definition and activity Planning
  • Market, performance metrics and insights analysis to help build the marketing plans (market and competitors’ analysis, key pillars and tactics, pricing)
  • Collaborate with their management in the definition of marketing KPI and objectives on each project, collection, promotion
  • Be the reference for the catalog and TV Series business (for internal stakeholders and external partners) and make sure objectives are reached
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales/ finance / operation department / publicity / social / media / data teams) to make sure communication is consistent with objectives
  • Is responsible for the budget of her/his scope
  • Identify new ways to communicate with our consumers, based on insights and trend analysis
  1. Execute the marketing plan for Catalog & TV Series Plans

NON-THEATRICAL FRANCE AND BENELUX
  • TV SERIES NR and Catalog management (WB Ips)
  • CLASSIC ANIMATION products and media strategy
  • KIDS products development
  • Digital development

CATALOG FRANCE AND BENELUX
  • The Christmas Boxsets Promotion (over 550 boxsets each year)
  • Digital Catalog development
  • Budget / P&L analysis


ADVANCED DATA MARKETING FRANCE AND BENELUX
  • Creation of a new digital advertising tool using actual sales measurement (conversion data)
  • Build Data partnerships with our key retailers
  • Execute media campaigns. Work with media agencies, internal media & data teams to build plans.
  • Analyze performance against budgets, evaluate & make necessary adjustments for future plans.
  • Communicate best practices to Burbank and EMEA teams
  1. Grow WB HE business
  • Grow the physical and digital France and Benelux Market
  • Create smart partnerships with medias to increase our visibility & reach.
  • Build innovative partnerships with third party brands to ensure visibility & relevance of our titles.
  • Grow cross-divisional initiatives based on our main franchises


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ WORK EXPERIENCE

Education/ Qualifications
  • Business school degree with an emphasis on marketing or MBA
  • 2-4-year experience in Marketing

SKILLS & COMPETENCES
  • Very good knowledge of TV Series and Catalog and strong recommendation initiatives
  • Rigorous, analytical skills, data management, digital oriented
  • Creative, adds value in brainstorming sessions
  • Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Makes decisions in a timely manner under tight deadlines & pressure
  • Cinema and entertainment enthusiast
  • Fluent French & English required
  • Fluent Dutch is a plus
