Opportunity Overview

The Job

Acts as a “power-user” of the GRE department’s technology dashboard (branded as “Vision”) with responsibility for understanding macro data trends and creating portfolio, space usage, and cost reports for the GRE VP, Operations and other key stakeholders
Assists the GRE VP, Operations and other key stakeholders with basic real estate analysis with regard to operating costs, portfolio performance, space usage, KPIs, etc.
Acts as a focal point for generating GRE-related presentations that support the department’s decision-making with regard to property management operations and design-and-construction projects

The Daily

  • Primary administrative support to the GRE VP, Operations
  • Manages calendar, phones, copies/scans, visitor passes, and other daily administrative tasks
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings; assists with AV and video conferencing needs
  • Prepares meeting materials and room set-up
  • Arranges travel and processes all T&E reports
  • Manages special projects and ad hoc requests in support of the GRE team, as assigned
  • Maintains contact/distribution lists, filing system, office equipment/supplies, and other responsibilities as assigned

The Essentials

  • 1-3 years of industry/sector experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or related discipline
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Experience running and generating reports
  • Excellent follow-through skills and ability to maintain copious records
  • Ability to simultaneously manage a wide variety of tasks
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Understanding of research methods and data interpretation

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on PowerPoint and spreadsheet analysis
  • Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
