Warner Bros. Wellness
Warner Bros.’ wellness programs provide the tools and resources to help employees maintain their health and well-being both at and outside of work. Wellness programs offer connections to an experienced network of clinical specialists, personal coaches and experts dedicated to helping employees improve and maintain their health and fitness, manage an illness or navigate healthcare options.
Wellness offerings include the state-of-the-art Warner Bros. Fitness Center in Burbank, work/life assistance programs, free flu shots, regular wellness classes and seminars and much more. In addition, Warner Bros. is part of the Time Warner Fit Nation employee wellness program, which provides employees with opportunities to lead active, healthy lifestyles with regular walking, running and triathlon events, as well as triathlon coaching.
Business Resource Groups
Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play an integral role in creating a work culture at Warner Bros. that promotes an environment of understanding, acceptance and inclusion among all employees. BRGs are made up of employees who share a common interest or background. These groups come together to foster professional growth and provide opportunities for employees to strengthen their networks. All events hosted by BRGs help to support the company’s business goals, philanthropic efforts and employee career development. Membership and events are open to all employees, and employees are encouraged to join multiple groups.
Current Business Resource Groups include Black Employees, Emerging Professionals, Network for Asian Pacific Americans, OUT at Warner Bros. (LGBT focus), UNIDOS (Latino focus) and Women of Warner.
Impact, Warner Bros.’ giving program, is an employee-driven initiative that supports employee outreach and giving. It is customized for each Warner Bros. office location based on the interests of local employees, as employees nominate and select the partner organizations.
With Impact, there are many ways to get involved. The program includes payroll giving, volunteering, youth mentoring, matching and volunteer grants. Impact supports employees’ participation with invitations to special screenings, discounts and more.
