Business Resource Groups
Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play an integral role in creating a work culture at Warner Bros. that promotes an environment of understanding, acceptance and inclusion among all employees. BRGs are made up of employees who share a common interest or background. These groups come together to foster professional growth and provide opportunities for employees to strengthen their networks. All events hosted by BRGs help to support the company’s business goals, philanthropic efforts and employee career development. Membership and events are open to all employees, and employees are encouraged to join multiple groups.
Current Business Resource Groups include Black Employees, Emerging Professionals, Network for Asian Pacific Americans, OUT at Warner Bros. (LGBT focus), UNIDOS (Latino focus) and Women of Warner.
Impact, Warner Bros.’ giving program, is an employee-driven initiative that supports employee outreach and giving. It is customized for each Warner Bros. office location based on the interests of local employees, as employees nominate and select the partner organizations.
With Impact, there are many ways to get involved. The program includes payroll giving, volunteering, youth mentoring, matching and volunteer grants. Impact supports employees’ participation with invitations to special screenings, discounts and more.

Some business units and international territories may offer slightly different compensation and benefits packages. This information will be shared with you during the recruitment process.
Learning & Development
Warner Bros. is committed to growing the capabilities of our employees by providing them with a wealth of learning opportunities for personal and professional development. The Warner Bros. Learning Network (WBLN) gives employees access to a variety of development opportunities ranging from innovative classroom training programs to e-learning resources and practical on-the-job tools that position employees for success. Most importantly, WBLN offers a chance to participate in enterprise collaboration, allowing employees of all levels, from those early in their career to seasoned executives, to share best practices and organizational knowledge.
The Warner Bros. Studios Children’s Center in Burbank, California is a state-of-the-art facility that ranks in the top 10 percent of all childcare facilities nationwide. Warner Bros. established the Children’s Center to help its employees balance the demands of work and family life. Managed by Bright Horizons, the nation’s leading provider of work site child care, the Center offers the highest quality care for children from three months old through pre-kindergarten.
Backup Care Advantage has partnered with Warner Bros. to offer backup care when employees need to be at work and their regular child or adult/elder care is unavailable. Employees have access to center-based child care, in-home child care, in-home mildly ill child care and in-home adult/eldercare. Having a backup care solution helps resolve care arrangement gaps so parents can have confidence that their children and loved ones are being cared for while they are working.
There are lots of additional perks to working at Warner Bros. These include employee and family movie screenings, tickets to television show tapings, discounted merchandise at several of the Studio’s stores, discounts at both local and national businesses, regular opportunities to enter to win prizes and many more.
