Job Title: Manager, Utility Services

Description: This position will work closely with the WBSF Electrical, Plumbing, and Air Conditioning Departments with daily operations, maintenance, as well as long term strategic planning.  Other position responsibilities include: liaison with local utilities, service contract management, production technical support, and Lot-wide capital improvement projects. Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems, telecom and network communications systems, and communication protocols a plus.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mission critical facility support systems and have a strong background in: electrical and mechanical systems, building management systems, and power monitoring. This candidate will also be very efficient in reading technical documents, plans, schematics, and specifications. Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and customer services skills. Requires experience managing people and team leadership. Must also have knowledge of energy conservation measures. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology or related field is preferred.
