Job Title: Manager, Construction Services

Description: This key position’s responsibilities include overseeing new construction, renovations and facility maintenance improvements for all buildings and stages on our Main Lot and Ranch Facilities; estimating and bidding all jobs, budget planning and financial compliance, scheduling and manaing projects to successful completion; and workplace safety compliance.

Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and experience, 5 + years experience managing significant construction projects and/or as an Estimator for large construction/contracting firms, and well-developed leadership and administrative skills. Experience supervising union and non-union staff highly preferred. The successful candidate will have significant experience working for large construction/contracting firms managing in-house construction projects. Background must include large-scale development and estimating responsibility; comprehensive understanding of construction methods, processes, materials, equipment, specs and blueprints; and extensive knowledge of field project oversight.
