Description: US Bonus Plan: Create and manage US bonus database. Model multiple funding scenarios to determine year-to-year cost impact. Provide required funding templates for review by Corporate Finance. Develop and provide miscellaneous reports for review and audit. International Bonus Plan: Create and manage international bonus database. Model multiple funding scenarios to determine year-to-year cost impact. Provide required funding templates for review by Corporate Finance. Develop and provide miscellaneous reports for review and audit. Create Bonus Planning templates for use by bonus planners during annual planning process. Benefits Costs (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.): Prepare, analyze and report on benefit plan costs, including budgets, estimates, and variance analyses against actual costs. Stock Planning/Expense: Determine the annual WB equity pool recommendation; forecast annual stock expense amounts and provide actual expense to Corporate Finance for annual management fee change; Prepare reports for International Corporate Finance for International Tax Filings related to equity Provide additional information to Corp Finance as required. Stock Administration, Pension, RAP, 401(k) and other Human Resources expenses: Liaison with Time Warner Corporate, Warner Bros. Finance & Accounting and Payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data flow and financial reporting. Resolve reconciliation discrepancies and rectify root cause issues. Collaborate with Warner Bros. Finance and Payroll to ensure Fringe Benefits rates are established and analyzed. Explore the development, analysis and delivery of HR operational-specific metrics and reporting to enhance HR program delivery and results. Investigate, propose, and implement improvements for greater efficiency, transparency, timeliness, and accuracy. Annual Reporting: Manage quarterly reporting process, including (but not limited to) adverse impact, EEO, and Diversity.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required. Benefits/Compensation experience a plus. CPA, CFA, or Charted Accountant certifications a plus. 5 or more years of relevant work experience. Management Consulting and/or Finance/Accounting background. Hands-on experience in financial modeling, forecasting (cash and GAAP basis) and strategic decision support. Financial reporting experience a plus. Demonstrated experience in managing large data analysis projects and providing insightful executive level reporting. Strong working knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation are preferred. Candidate should be analytical, accurate and detail-oriented. Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Computer proficiency with strong skills in MS Excel, Access and other data analysis programs, and PowerPoint. Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, both in person and on the telephone. Must be able to pay close attention to complex detail and understand written and oral instructions. Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively. Must be able to work well under time constraints. Must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned. Must be service-oriented. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
