Job Title: Senior Demand Planning Analyst

Description: Compile demand from various sources to create a comprehensive demand plan for assigned customer account(s), including (as needed) forecasting activity from the account(s), identifying anomalies to the demand plan and taking corrective action, reporting activity and trends to shipping activity for the account(s) and ensuring that an accurate demand plan is transmitted to Operations. Compile and generate a comprehensive, accurate and timely long term manufacturing and distribution plan to ensure needed capacity at our supply vendors. This shall account for any and all changes in forecasted unit quantities and changes to street date. Additional responsibilities to facilitate demand planning and management of assigned account as required.

Requirements: BS/BA in an analytical field or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 2 years experience in the areas of forecasting, demand planning and/or supply chain required. Experience with MS Office suite especially Excel and Power Point required. Minimum 3 years experience working with large volumes of data and experience in quantitative analytics required. Experience with the APO module of SAP or another planning system such as Manugistics or i2 preferred. Previous supply chain experience in entertainment, fashion or other short life cycle product environment preferred. Quantitative analytics. Ability to work within a team or individually with minimal supervisory direction. Excellent verbal and overall communication/interpersonal skills. Data management skills.
