Job Title: Manager, Inventory Control

Description: Responsible for management and oversight of inventory accuracy across multiple vendors to ensure purchasing decisions can be made with the best possible information and inventory values are properly reflected in financial statements. Manage and develop Inventory Control Staff. Manage inventory movement of Finished Goods ensuring that the transactions post to SAP accurately and on time. Analyze WHV inventory onhands vs. vendor onhands to identify inventory inaccuracies for further analysis. Monitor Open PO reports to ensure inventory receipts are properly recorded in SAP in a timely manner. Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers and distribution partners to ensure WHV’s inventory reporting needs are met. Responsible for Participations Audit requests. Participate in annual physical inventories conducted at WHV’s vendor facilities. Develop and Publish an Inventory Control departmental Scorecard. Participate in system design changes as requested. Research and respond to Inquiries made in areas of responsibility; prepare analyses and special projects as requested by management.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
• SAP experience strongly preferred. Inventory experience strongly preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills. Must be very good working with numbers. Must be adaptable to change.
• Must have ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
• Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Analytical/problem solving skills. Excellent follow-up. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Bi-lingual Spanish desirable.
