Job Title: Manager, Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

Description: Leads and directs multiple business units (domestic and international) in relation to: assessment of potential business impact of a disruption; identification and definition of critical, time-sensitive functions; and design, development, and documentation of business unit business continuity plans. Recommends recovery strategies and options, and assists with the implementation of testing scenarios. Develops training materials for Warner Bros. business unit partners and the general employee population.

Requirements: The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in business continuity or disaster recovery and at least 4 years of related business experience or 4 years experience in a related field, such as finance or insurance industry experience or project management experience. Experience providing business process solutions to business problems and identifying opportunities for improvement. Must have presentation experience at the senior management level. Project management experience required. CBCP, CISSA, CISSP or MBCP certification, highly preferred (candidate must be willing to obtain certifications within the first year of work). Requires occasional travel domestic/international.
