Job Title: Business Process and Analysis Lead, Demand Management and VMI

Description: Works with the support team to ensure support tickets are properly prioritized. Evaluates and prioritizes application change requests. Assists all phases of project delivery to ensure application is prepared for operational use. Evaluates the efficacy of support activities through periodic reviews of incident and small enhancement responsiveness with respect to the SAP APO and with in-house VMI applications. Reviews functional design prototypes and specifications to ensure they meet application standards. Ensures application can support business process measurement and improvement. Works with the Technical Competency Center (i.e., group responsible for systems architecture review, strategic planning, and overseeing application development) to plan application upgrades, patch application and other maintenance activities. Audits the application use after implementation to ensure it is operating as designed. NOTE: This is a client-facing role with an emphasis on client relationship management including systems analysis and business process evaluation. This role is on the information technology side and part of the Warner Bros. MIS organization. Candidates with prior experience on the business/client side of supply chain will be considered, but a strong technology background, solid foundational knowledge of SAP solutions for supply chain, and specific experience in demand management and VMI solution deployments is required. This is not a SAP ABAP coding and/or configuration role but does require significant technical knowledge of systems design, planning, implementation, deployment, and client management/release management.

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree preferred. Entertainment industry experience is desirable. Minimum 3-5 years in an application development and support capacity. Specific prior expertise in the deployment of SAP APO system solutions and other associated demand management and VMI technical components required to support the internal client/business unit (i.e., Warner Home Entertainment’s supply chain management teams). Knowledge of business practices associated with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supply chain management with an expertise in demand management and vendor managed business practices. Application design, development and maintenance. Ability to match application standards to business needs. Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, both in person and on the telephone. Must be able to pay close attention to complex detail and understand written and oral instructions. Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively. Must be able to work well under time constraints. Must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned. Must be service-oriented. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, when necessary. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
